Complaints

Do you disagree with something, do you have any questions, are there matters that annoy you or do you have complaints? Let us know ! So that we can do something to fix the issue, or let you know why things are as they are. Maybe you will be able to understand it better.

Let us know!

Venting your displeasure somewhere else than directly with us will not help anyone. You will still be walking around with your complaints, and we will be continuing in what we think is the right way, because we have no idea that it is bothering you. This is bad for our mutual relationship, and it could even damage your trust in us, and that must never happen. If we talk about it together, we will find the right solution. We have a common interest after all: the wellbeing of your child!! This is the most important thing for you and for us. So it is very unlikely that we cannot come to an understanding.

Who can you talk to?

So let us know if you are not completely satisfied. Tell us about your complaints. You can talk to your child’s caregiver, to Rebecca (our location manager) or to Joke, the owner of Marosa. We will listen, take you seriously and do our best to make you feel better.

Difficult to talk in person? You can also write it down!

If you find it difficult to talk to us about your complaints in person, naturally you can also do so in writing. You can write us a letter or an email. We will respond as soon as possible.

If your trust in us has been damaged after all, you can also contact the Geschillencommissie Kinderopvang en Peuterspeelzalen (www.degeschillencommissie.nl). This is an external organisation that Marosa is associated with, which can handle your complaint. But try to solve it internally first. We will gladly make an appointment to exchange our thoughts in a calm and private setting. (For more information about our complaints procedure, please check our Information Brochure.
